PROCESSING WHEY PROTEIN
Whey Proteins are sourced from the cheese making process, where the bi-product whey is separated from the curd to make cheese. In order to obtain enough milk to produce cheese products, a substantial amount of raw milk is required and sourced from a range of hundreds to thousands of cows at once! The dairy industry and dairy cows have become increasingly genetically modified and industrialized to produce more milk and unnatural processes to maximize production. The whey processing itself is a massive operation where the liquid whey can be chemically treated or micro filtered to remove sugars and fats, then spray dried into a powder. But did you know it takes over 6 litres of milk to be processed to obtain enough whey to produce just 1 scoop of protein! Something to think about next time you take a scoop of whey!
DIRECTIONS: As a Dietary Supplement, mix one scoop of NitroVegg in 8-16 oz. of water adjusting for desired consistency. In a shaker cup, add liquid and product and shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds. Not intended to replace food. This product contains egg which requires mixing with an agitation device such as a blender ball or similar to accurately obtain proper consitency.
